This dynamic duo is a mother/daughter team on a mission to organize the world’s fiber crafters. (In the process, we might get to feed our fabric and yarn habit, but really it’s a mission…)

After our fearless leader, she ran a yarn store for 23 years, taught us to knit, we were completely and totally ADDICTED.

It took us about 2 weeks to lose every needle and notion we owned. When we realized we couldn’t afford to knit at this rate, we knew we had to get organized. When we couldn’t find a knitting needle case that fit the bill, we employed our trusty side kick, our sewing machine, and got to work.

After several tragedies of Shakespearean proportions, and laughter that made us cry, quite literally, we finally designed the KnitPack.

After the Original KnitPack caused a buzz at our local yarn store, we started getting requests and suggestions. Different styles and functioning KnitPacks followed in quick succession.

As we get more organized, we are constantly having to find other fiber related problems to solve. The superhero organizing team of Erin.Lane must continue to protect the fiber from picking, the needles from being lost, and the project from being forgotten.
